Celery     - 2 stalk (large)
Parsley    - 4 handful (160 g)
Pepper    - 1 pepper (14 g) - remove seeds/fibs
Radishes - 12 medium 1" dia
Tomatoes - 4 plum Tomatoes

Juice for Kidney health -
Ingredients
Basil - 3 leaves (fresh)
Carrots    - 14 medium
Lemon     - half fruits
Peaches      - 5 medium

Juice for heart health -
Ingredients
Beet root - 1 beets
Carrots    - 12 medium
Lemon     - half fruit
